Home Choice Loan is operated on a regional basis by four designated local authorities, Cork City Council, Dublin City Council, Galway County Council and Kilkenny County Council, with support from the Affordable Homes Partnership (AHP). The AHP administers this website on behalf of the local authorities. The Affordable Homes Partnership is a government agency.
